Richard Buch jr. AS is a family owned company, founded by Rich. Buch Jr. in 1892, and now run by the fifth generation. The company is divided into the following three different branches;

1. Farsund Chartering: Located in Farsund. Main activities are clearance, dry cargo chartering and transport solutions for the industry.
2. Rich Buch Shipping Lyngdal: Loacated in Lyngdal. Main activities are coastal liner service, container terminal, storage in own warehouses and spedition.
3. H.P. Tallaksen: Located in Mandal. Focussing mainly on clearance and stevedoring in the Mandal district.
